SHIPPING & RETURNS

Freight is calculated at checkout, according to your address, and added to the price of your final order. 

Shipping only available to Australian addresses

Shipping Rates will vary depending on the product/s ordered - Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. 

  

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
All orders registered and processed by Wholesale Canvas Australia will be shipped the following day. Lead time on shipment will differ due to delivery area. Generally delivery will be between 2 to 5 business days.

All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars.

* We accept major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard.
* Please note that we don’t accept American Express online but can accept American Express over the phone, call 02 9517 3025 to make arrangements for this. 
* Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted.

 

Shipping and Freight Guidelines
All Australian orders are shipped "Standard" unless another shipping method is selected during checkout. Standard shipments are either: Australian Post or TNT or Common Carrier truck; depending on size and weight of your order.

Due to courier restrictions, items of a large size and weight cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Extra Large Packages

For Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania freight charges are calculated on a sliding scale based on the weight of your order.

OVERSIZE ITEMS TO TASMANIA, WESTERN AUSTRALIA AND THE NORTHERN TERRITORY MAY BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGE. CUSTOMERS  WILL BE NOTIFIED AFTER PURCHASE TO ADD CHARGE OR YOU MAY CALL FOR FREIGHT PRICE ON 02 9517 3025

  

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via TNT or Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wholesale Canvas Australia will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. 

Under no circumstances will custom orders be returned or refunded.
